A personal project developing a new off-shoot of the Enclave in the Fallout franchise. King Solomon was an engineer of the West Coast Enclave until a reactor accident caused his ghoulification. Cast out by his own people, he resolved to build a new Enclave willing to work with the Post-War world. For 12 years he has worked to assimilate waring raider factions into one force. Through his engineering expertise, he designed and oversaw the construct of the Raider's Rook, the weapon he needs to usher the United States into a new world order.
